Redwood Forest
California Redwood National Park has the olderst trees on earth.
Redwood trees collect water from the fog and dew in the air.
Douglas Fir and Redwood trees are about the only plants to live in the forest because there is so much shade from the trees and needles that faall off them that other plants cannot grow.
