Seniors Citizens Advisory Board
The Senior Citizens Advisory Commission meets regularly at 1:00 p.m. on
the third Thursday of every other month (odd months only). Meetings are
held at the Senior Center, 6800 Hunter Drive.
Parks and Recreation Commission
The Parks & Recreation Commission meets regularly at City Hall at
7:30 p.m. on the third Monday of each month.
Mobile Home Rent Appeals Board
The Mobile Home Rent Appeals Board meets at 7:00 p.m. on the first and
third Thursday of each month at City Hall.
Sister City Relations Committee
The Sister City Relations Committee meets at 7:00 p.m. the second
Thursday of each month at City Hall.
Bicycle Advisory Committee
A City Wide Bicycle Map for Rohnert Park now is available thanks to the
efforts of this committee!
Cultural Arts Commission
The Cultural Arts Commission meets on the third Friday of every month at
City Hall. Times vary, contact Linda Holm at 792-1514.
The Community Outreach for Youth and
Families Commission was established to serve as an advisory board to the
City Council, City Manager, and the Community Resource Coordinator on
matters related to the welfare of youth and families and other human
service matters in Rohnert Park. The Commission meets at 7 p.m. on the
second Monday of each month in the Public Safety conference room
The Housing
Financing Authority was created to finance the purchase
and operate Rancho Feliz Mobile Home Park. The Authority
Board oversees the operation of the Park. The Board consists
of two Park residents, elected by the residents, citizens
appointed by the City Council, and City officials. The
Board meets on the fourth Monday of each month generally
from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Board meetings are held at
the City Administrative Offices at 6750 Commerce Blvd.,
Rohnert Park. The Board approves an annual budget, hires
a firm to manage the Park on a day-to-day basis, authorizes
capital improvements, and sets Park policies. All citizens
and especially Park residents are invited to attend Housing
Financing Authority Board meetings.
